PATENT LAW   India has passed patent Act on 1972. In India there are no awareness about this patent law and it’s benefits but American & European Countries Got patent for their Medicinal herbs. Likewise any Country can got Patent for their Scientific Inventions, Books, New Inventions & also for Ancient Products, Dishes etc… Example Madurai Malli [Jasmine], Tirunelveli Halwa, Erode Manjal [Turmeric], Kanchipuram Pattu [Silk], Mysore Silk, Kashmir Saffron etc… On July 31, 1790 Samuel Hopkins was issued the First Patent for a process of making Potash, an Ingredient used in Fertilizer.The Patent was signed by President George Washington.
